Nami Distributed Energy adopts a comprehensive international ESG Management System

🌿 Nami is taking decisive steps to position itself at the forefront of sustainable development in Vietnam by adopting a sophisticated ESGMS, meticulously developed in accordance with highest requirements from:
· IFC – International Finance Corporation Performance Standards,
· The World Bank Group General EHS Guidelines, and
· International Labour Organization core conventions.

🔑 Key Focus Areas of Our ESGMS:
·        Environmental: Resource efficiency, pollution prevention, biodiversity, and natural resource protection.
·        Social: Labor and working conditions, occupational health and safety, stakeholder engagement and grievance redress, land acquisition and resettlement, indigenous people and cultural heritage, human rights, and gender equity.
·        Governance: Transparency & disclosure, control environment and processes, tax compliance, anti-corruption and bribery measures, and safeguarding board and shareholders’ rights.

🚀 Our ESG work is further strengthened through supports from the Southeast Asia Clean Energy Facility II (SEACEF II), Australian Development Investments , IFC – International Finance Corporation, The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), British International Investment, FMO – Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Proparco. Special thanks go to Clime Capital (Manager of SEACEF II) for the on-going supports and ADI for the financial support to engage international ESG consultant.

📅 In May 2025, ADI, IFC, and Clime Capital visited Eldo Vina RTS Project, and our offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to conduct in-depth assessments of technical and environmental performance, contributions to local economic development, and alignment with Vietnam’s national sustainability priorities. The positive assessment reports demonstrate Nami’s reputation as a responsible, ESG-conscious developer championing the nation’s clean energy progress and set a strong foundation for the company’s next round of funding and rapid expansion.

Sustainability isn’t just a checklist—it is embedded in everything we do.
